Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we want you to feel confident about your purchase:

2. Physical Products (Vinyl, Merchandise, etc.)
For physical products, refunds or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the item and packaging as evidence.
- We will either issue a refund, send a replacement, or provide store credit.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
